Planning Stage :
Ideally you will already have any necessary Planning Permission in place prior to enquiring about your new building but if you don’t here are two options :-
Option A1 : Use your own Architect
For your Planning Permission application we will assist you by providing a plan and elevations of the building. For Building Warrants we can provide Structural calculations to support your application for a small fee – on a project by project basis, these are FREE when using our Architectural services.
Option A2 : Use our ‘In-House’ Architectural & Engineering Service
Unlike our competitors who sub-contract this out, we can offer our own ‘in-house’ Architectural & Engineering service who will prepare and submit your application and act on your behalf as your agent dealing with any Council queries throughout. Note : it is vitally important you have Planning & Building Warrant in place prior to delivery of your building as any necessary changes will result in expensive shop changes and delays in fabrication as well as incurring storage costs.

Installation Stage :
Option B1 : Building Supply only
For the more competent DIYer or local builder experienced in small to medium sized projects. Full installation instructions are included with all our buildings together with plans, elevations, framing, connection details & material lists for ease of erection. We are more than happy to assist you over the phone to help you overcome any technical issues you may have.
Option B2 : Building Supply & Erection
You directly employ the necessary Groundwork and Civils Contractor to leave Site Ready for us. We supply the building and erect it using our team of experienced professional erectors.
Option B3 : Full turnkey package
We take care of the complete Build project and will fully install your new building from start to finish including groundworks, foundations, concrete slab and erection. Note : existing service searches and ground investigation reports may be required prior to proceeding.
Specialised projects and multi-building sites :
Together with our sister Architectural & Engineering website we are on hand to assist in design of specialised projects or bespoke buildings either using cold-formed or for larger projects hot-rolled steel.
